The AC 206 ice machine, makes 168 ice shot glasses per hour, and with the slow-melting ice found in all Scotsman ice makers it takes approx 5 min. before the first signs of melting occur. These have made the Scotsman AC 206 a massive hit in night clubs and bars around the world!

The Scotsman AC 206 is a self-contained, dual-purpose ice maker manufactured from hi-grade Stainless Steel and measures: W 1250 (49”) x D 620 (24”) x H 798 (31”). It is possible to switch from one producing mode to the other simply by the press of a switch located on the front of the unit. In a 24-hour period it will produce up to 130kg of Extra Large 60 grams gourmet ice cubes or alternatively it is capable of producing up to 168 Ice Shot glasses every 50 to 60 minutes. The machine incorporates its own self-contained storage bin, with a capacity of 50kg, and is designed to fit comfortably under a standard bar. The machine has a reduced height, which prevents the Ice Shots from breaking as they are harvested at the end of each cycle.
