Dice ice cubes are the world most widespread ice forms, Scotsman being a key player in such global diffusion. The six sides of the cubes provide a large contact surface, for fast beverage cooling, ease of handling and excellent displacement, in massive full and half dice sizes.

A vertical style evaporator, available in four different sizes, provides the required ice production capacity; coupled with state-of-the-arttechnology for the removal of water mineral residuals, MV series easilyaccommodates changing water hardness, globally. The result is pure ice cubes and elimination of the need for expensive water filtering systems.

The MV units are designed with effectiveness in mind, to assure that less time and money are wasted in routine cleaning and maintenance. Top and side panels are removable, as the air filters. The benefit of easy access to all main components is a fact. The Scotsman MV models guarantee overall better value
